Setting up your Sac State on iTunes U section (itunes.csus.edu)
You have been assigned a portion of the Sac State on iTunes U project for delivery of specific content as it relates to your program center. However, before you start delivering content you need to log on and understand how the iTunes interface works.
You also need to make some edits to reflect the content delivery of the program center your represent. For the purpose of Sac State on iTunes U, graphics and main title descriptions will be managed by a main administrator, but you will be able to manage your specific section content and tabs for: Library, Faculty and Staff, Campus Life, Community and of course faculty will be able to manage their specific courses.
As a section administrator you will be able to modify the title, description, and the tabs (along with their own description) where content will be displayed and delivered to iTunes clients.
Log-in to the Sac State on iTunes U site:
- Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari)
- Go to itunes.csus.edu and click on "Log in to Sac State on iTunes U"
- Type your Saclink username and password and click the login button.
- The iTunes application will launch in the background and you will be taken to the main window for Sac State on iTunes, your section should be visible.
To edit your section:
- Click on the section name you wish to edit. You will notice that you now have the content delivery page for your section.
- Click on the Edit Page
and this content delivery page will now be fully editable.
- If you click
you will now be able to change, add or delete the section name, section and program or course description. Click on 
and you can change the image.
- On the Links section you will also be able to add a URL, for example if you want your audience to be able to exit itunes and visit your WebCT course you can add the URL for your course by clicking on the
icon.
- If you click
on each tab you will be able to change the name of the tabs to anything you want for your section.
- If you click on the
icon you will be able to add a tab; and clicking on the 
icon will delete the tab currently highlighted.
- You can also move a tab left or right by selecting the tab and clicking

Editing the section is simple, so don’t be afraid to play with the possibilities. Your content will always be safe since you will still have it on your computer.
Once you are done with setting up your section,
you are now ready to add content.
